The Membership benefits listed in this section are to be honored by all ‘participating’ hotels, for all Club Sapphire Members during the Membership Term.

• Dining Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive the following discounts on the total food bill for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at any participating outlet with a maximum of 10 people dining, valid at any participating hotel in UAE:
  
  • 50% for member and 1 guest
  • 33% for member and 2 guests
  • 25% for member and 3 or more guests
  • 20% for member, and 4 or more guests
  • 20% for member dining alone
  
  

  Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Membership App must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ♦ All food must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons". It is mandatory for the bill to be settled in the outlet, and may not be applied retroactively at the front desk or upon check-out.

  The Dining discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, conferences, banquet functions, meetings, exhibitions, or any events held in function rooms (b) through room service, take away orders tobacco purchases and mini-bar charges; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Club Sapphire program; (c) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board accommodation package rates (e) black-out dates

   

• Beverage Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a discount of 20% off all beverages, at any participating outlet; there is no restriction on the maximum number of people dining valid at any participating hotel in UAE.

   

  Conditions: Membership app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program (c) black-out dates and (d) happy hours

   

• Preferred Room Rate. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of a minimum of twenty percent (20%) off the best flexible room rate, valid at any participating hotel in UAE.

   

  Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Club Sapphire membership App is presented upon check-in ¨ A maximum of 3 rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the Club Sapphire discounted rates and the member must be present

   

• Spa Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of thirty percent (30%) off the SPA/Health Club entrance fees, massages, facial and all other type of treatments, valid at the following participating hotel in UAE – Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, and Address Dubai Mall.

   

  Conditions: Discount is not applicable on retail items at the Spa ¨ Valid at all participating Spas managed by the hotel, excluding the outsourced Spas

   

• Certificate Benefit. Non-Transferable. Club Sapphire members shall also receive one set of eCertificates, valid at any participating hotel in UAE, as specified on each eCertificate:
  • 1 x Complimentary Night Stay eCertificate Including Breakfast. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary night stay Including Breakfast. Valid at any participating hotel.NOTE: Reservation MUST be made atleast seven days in advance, and directly with Club Sapphire.
  • 12 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Room eCertificate. Twelve (12) eCertificates to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate. One certificate valid per participating hotel.NOTE: Reservation MUST be made atleast seven days in advance, and directly with Club Sapphire.
  • 12 x Complimentary Room Upgrade eCertificate. Transferable. Twelve (12) eCertificates to enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the next available category. Valid for a maximum of three (3) nights, only. One certificate valid per participating hotel.
  • 12 x Complimentary Lunch Buffet eCertificate. Twelve (12) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people, valid at outlets offering a lunch buffet package. One certificate valid per participating hotel.Valid on weekdays only.
  • 12 x 50% off Food & Beverage eCertificate. Twelve (12) eCertificates to enjoy a 50% discount off food and beverage, for up to six (6) people dining, valid at a participating outlet. One certificate valid per participating hotel.
  • 2 x Birthday or Anniversary eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday or anniversary cake when four (4) or more people are dining. One certificate valid at participating hotels in Dubai only, one certificate valid in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain.
  • 6 x Complimentary Health Club and Pool eCertificate. Six (6) eCertificate to enjoy a one (1) day visit to enjoy the health club and outdoor pool facilities for up to two (2) people. One certificate valid per participating hotel. One certificate valid per participating hotel.
